Jacqueline Gold is the CEO of Gold Group International, but is probably better known for being the boss of high street retailers Ann Summers and Knickerbox.  Listed as one of the top 20 richest women in Britain, Jacqueline began working for her father in 1979 and was paid £45 a week. In 1993 she became the CEO of Ann Summers, 12 years after starting ‘Ann Summers Party Plan’ and transformed the company into a multi-million pound business.

Hilary Devey is a British businesswoman and entrepreneur. In 1996 she founded the Pall-Ex Group, a freight distribution company specialised in palletised deliveries. The company was only the third palletised company in the UK at the time of its launch. Pall-Ex now has an annual turnover of over £75 million. Hilary also appears on TV shows such as Dragon’s Den, Secret Millionaire, and is due to start her own show ‘The Intern’ in 2013.
